How do I Find Ebooks?

Ebooks titles can be searched using All-in-One Search or directly from the Ebook collection catalog (ebrary, Credo, or Oxford Reference).

Say your topic is Puerto Rican Culture. 

1. Type: Puerto Rican Culture in the search box. Limit to Books & Media. Click GO.

2. On the results page select Electronic Books from the left sidebar. 

3. All the Ebooks available for your search term are displayed on this page. Click on the View Online tab to read the        book. 

How Many Ebook Collections does SFC Library have?

SFC Library has nearly one hundred thousand Ebooks in three different collections covering a variety of fields and topics. The collections are: ebrary, Credo Reference,  and Oxford Reference Online. 

   Can I download an Ebook for offline reading?
ebrary allows downloading of ebooks, either to a computer, tablet or handheld device. For more information visit our Download Ebooks page. 



ebrary is an online digital library of academic and scholarly books. The SFC Library has close to 100,000 titles, with more titles to be added when they become available.



Credo Reference is a vast online reference library, providing access to the full text of hundreds of hightly regarded and popular titles. And Credo brings the facts alive with images, sound files, animations, videos and much more. 

Oxford Reference Online


Oxford Reference Online: Premium Collection offers a wealth of facts, figures, definitions, and translations from 175+ Oxford reference titles, many of which are in-depth, scholarly articles from titles in the acclaimed Oxford Companions series, plus all 20,000 quotations from the Oxford Dictionary of Quotations. Oxford Reference Online is an expanding, regularly updated resource.
