Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive! If you're unable to login, you may have to
change your password.
CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
EZ Proxy, the authentication server for SFC Library databases, requires that your password contain ONLY ALPHANUMERIC CHARACTERS -- letters and numbers, no symbols (@, !, etc.). If you password contains a symbol, you need to change it.
